Steam Ejector Hybrid Vacuum Systems

Nash’s™ Steam Ejector Hybrid Vacuum System combines the reliability of liquid ring vacuum pumps with the high-vacuum performance of steam ejectors. This hybrid system achieves deeper vacuum levels while reducing greenhouse gas emissions and operating costs. Ideal for chemical processing, refining, power generation, and pharmaceutical applications, these systems are designed to maximize efficiency while ensuring long-term operational stability.

  • Vacuum Range: Less than 1 mmHgA (1.3 mbar abs.)
  • Suction Capacity: Custom-engineered to application requirements

Air Ejector Hybrid Vacuum Systems

NASH Air Ejector Hybrid Vacuum Systems integrate air ejectors with liquid ring vacuum pumps to create a cost-effective solution for low-flow deep vacuum applications where steam is unavailable or undesirable. These systems are ideal for applications such as deaeration, offshore platforms, and condenser exhausting.

  • Vacuum Range: Down to 0.4 inHgA (13 mbar abs.)
  • Advantages:

Roots and Liquid Ring Hybrid Systems

When deeper vacuum levels are required beyond the capabilities of liquid ring vacuum pumps, Nash’s Booster Hybrid Vacuum Systems provide an optimized multistage solution. These systems combine vacuum boosters, liquid ring technology, and, in some cases, air ejectors for high-efficiency reactor vacuum and solvent dewaxing applications.


Vacuum Range: 

  • Hybrid steam jet vacuum systems: typically <20 mbar
  • Hybrid systems consisting of rotary piston and liquid ring vacuum pumps: typically <50 mbar
  • Hybrid air jet vacuum systems: typically <30 mbar
